Mercer Foods has been in business for over 30 years and is a recognized leader in the freeze drying industry. Our founder, James Mercer, was an early pioneer in freeze drying and holder of many freeze drying patents. Mercer is privately owned and operated .
Mercer Foods is in the Central California community of Modesto. It is strategically located close to numerous raw material sources and to major transportation hubs for trucking and rail as well as the Port of Oakland for container ships.
